Everyday I look at these chairs, the more I love them! These Louis chairs were at least 20 years old from my parent's; they traveled a good part of the world until they landed in my hands. I stripped them apart last year and had them refinished in black glossy lacquer, reupholstered the seats and backs in black glossy patent leather, and the back of the chairs in a patterned fushia leather.
